Literature Text

In my tummy, butterflies.
I feel them flit about.
Now, I know I need it, and
Now, there is no more doubt.

So now, here we are. I look
Up and say, "I love you."
When you smile and kiss my head,
I know you love me too.

But I want more of you, and
I can't just stop somehow.
I can't think of a better
Setting than here and now.

I can't stand it anymore.
I pull you to a kiss.
"I want it, I want you, I
Want tonight, I want this."

"If I give it to you, I
Need to know it's not just
Another notch in your belt.
Is this love I can trust?"

"'Cos this is significant.
Its loss can't be erased.
It can't be compensated
For, returned, or replaced."

"If I give it to you now,
I need to see you know
That, no matter who you meet,
Or the places you go..."

"No matter where you start from,
No matter where you end,
No matter if I am your
Love, enemy, or friend..."

"No matter who you were, and
No matter who you'll be,
You'd always, always, always
Have a small part of me."

I can see his smile grow in
The dark. He says to me,
"I will love and cherish it
Forever, mon petit."
First off, I'd like to just say that, if you pronounce the French correctly, that last verse does rhyme.

Yes, more Spy and Scout poetry. Obviously, Scootles does not speak so very articulately as I've made it to be, but for the sake of my poetry, I gave his grammar and vocabulary an upgrade. Also, if you couldn't already tell, SCOUT IS SUCH A VIRGIN.
